Bar Admission 2015
Law Degree from the University of Montreal (LLB)
Émilie has been a lawyer since 2015 and has been practicing in our real estate litigation team since 2019. She has acquired solid experience in real estate litigation, including co-ownership law, construction law, rental law (commercial and residential), hidden defects and construction defects and insurance law in a real estate context.
In the course of her practice, Émilie pleads before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal, the Régie du logement and various arbitration authorities. She was also involved in numerous hearings, mediation and settlement conferences.
In the course of her mandates, Émilie always tries to find the most appropriate solutions to a conflict, all in order to reduce the delays, pressure and costs associated with a litigious file. Bearing this in mind, she favours alternative methods of settlement, but will not hesitate to turn to the courts if necessary.
