A lawyer in Montréal, Luc practises in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in real estate matters and dispute resolution, whether through mediation or arbitration. He also works in the fields of bankruptcy and insolvency law, as well as in intellectual property law.
Having developed a vast experience before the courts at every level of the judicial process, including emergency and provisional measures, Luc frequently acts in matters of commercial leasing, construction and service or business contracts. He also handles litigation involving unfair competition, passing off and infringement, economic fraud and shareholders dispute, as well as estate matters. He defends creditors’ interests in bankruptcy and insolvency cases whether during creditors’ meetings or in the context of reviewable transactions.
Luc is regularly called upon by professionals and contractors from all sectors. He has also successfully represented government agencies and financial institutions.
He serves as an advisor and trainer in civil law, bankruptcy and insolvency law, and more specifically in civil procedure.
His rigour and tenacity, combined with his deep understanding of legal mechanisms, make him a seasoned jurist and a highly respected professional.

Professional activities
- Luc taught at the Bar School in bankruptcy and insolvency from 2010 to 2013, as well as in civil procedure in 2014.
- He served as legal counsel for the Société de développement économique Ville-Marie from 2000 to 2005.

- He volunteered with the mentoring service of the Barreau de Montréal in 2004.
- He participated in the McGill University moot court in 1984.
