Having practised real estate litigation, for several years in our Montréal office, Camille is able to offer value-added service to the clients with whom she collaborates. Camille works on a variety of mandates, including mergers, acquisitions, business growth and start-ups. She has developed expertise in transactional law, business purchase and sale, negotiation and business contract drafting.
Recipient of an excellence scholarship from the ministère de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement supérieur in 2016, she also completed an academic term in Europe. Camille also served as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Université de Sherbrooke for two consecutive years.
