Legal Assistants
A Montreal lawyer, Louis practices mainly in real estate law, particularly in municipal taxation, property assessment, expropriation and in relations between tenants and landlords, commercial leases and co-ownership. He also works in commercial and civil litigation.
Louis represents and advises large property owners as well as various municipalities in the Montreal area, including property assessment and real estate.
He is called upon to represent numerous clients in civil and commercial litigation, including product liability, damages, construction and succession. This led him to issue various opinions, to participate in negotiation meetings and, above all, to make representations, written and verbal, before various bodies such as the Administrative Tribunal of Québec, the Court of Québec, the Superior Court, the Quebec Court of Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
