Marie-Élaine taught Civil Procedure, Priority and Hypothecary Law and Court Representation for 16 years at the École professionnelle du Barreau de Québec, and has been demonstrating, for several years, at the Séminaire de techniques de Plaidoiries at the Universités de Sherbrooke and Moncton.
She also spent two years on the Quebec Bar's Liaison Committee with the Superior Court.
