A Quebec city lawyer, Pierre brings a wide range of skills to his practice. He acts as litigator in civil and commercial litigation, and has developed recognized expertise in civil liability, insurance law, realization of securities and financial services.
Pierre assists businesses and individuals with the development of their commercial activities and in the resolution of their disputes. He also represents financial institutions in the realization of securities.
Pierre is a member of the Barreau du Québec’s Arbitration Council for lawyers’ accounts. As part of his professional commitments, he also taught at the École du Barreau from 2007 to 2018. In addition, he served on the Board of Directors of Opération Enfant Soleil from 2008 to 2022, where he held the roles of Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and Vice-Chair from 2010 to 2018, before serving as Chair of the Board from 2018 to 2022.
His litigation experience has honed his ability to quickly understand the issues at stake and to guide clients in a practical manner toward solutions that best address their needs and circumstances.
