Sherbrooke: A City with a Landscape as Impressive as the Young Professionals It Produces

It is no secret that Sherbrooke is known as a university town as it is home to two universities, Bishop's University and the Université de Sherbrooke. Many students come from all over the province to study in Sherbrooke. International students are not uncommon on university campuses either. TCJ is keen to offer internship opportunities in their business locations, and great collaborations are made with students, especially those in administration, not to mention those in law.

The Faculty of Law was founded at the Université de Sherbrooke in 1954 and has been innovating ever since. From partnerships with foreign universities to the launch of a faculty magazine, the Faculty of Law has been so bold that it has created the Laboratoire d'innovation juridique (Lab.IJ), of which TCJ is a partner. Yannick Crack, Partner at TCJ since 2011 and Head of the Eastern Townships, is a mentor at the Lab. Having graduated from the University of Sherbrooke, he continues to be involved with this institution, particularly with the Corporation études-sports. Yannick is also a member of the board of directors of the CHUS Foundation, in addition to being a co-founder and ambassador of La Ruche Estrie, a non-profit organization whose objective is to promote the emergence of projects in the region.

At TCJ, we encourage local projects and we value innovation every day!
